Weekly prices-From £175 for our four star open plan Double/Single En suite accommodation. All our ground floor self-catering premier apartments have kitchenettes and are fully serviced. All kitchens include a cooker, hob, microwave, utensils, linen and towels. Other facilities include a large FREE car park, latest TV, DVD and Freeview. There is a small charge for WIFI. All our apartments are set in large grounds. Extra £45 per week for a second person.

Four Nights -From £45 per night staying Monday to Friday (four nights). Extra £15 per night for a second person in our double/single En suite accommodation.

 One Night stay- for 2 people £70 in our double/single En suite accommodation.

Monthly All Inclusive Accommodation Double/Single En suite accommodation-From £700 PCM. All our ground floor apartments are fully services, linen changed on a weekly basis. These prices include electricity, gas, water, all linen, bedding, towels etc. All our apartments are completely private and awarded ‘quality in tourism’Four star.

Weekly Family 2 bedroom apartments-From £380 per week all utilities included. There is a small high street rate cost for WIFI.  

Monthly all-inclusive 2 bedroom apartments-From £875 P.C.M. All our 2 bedroom ground floor apartments include fully fitted kitchens and laundry facilities. There is a monthly maintenance charge of £170 which includes, rates, electric, gas, water, all linen, bedding, towels etc. .

Weekly Large Family 2 bedroom apartments-From £395 per week all utilities included. There is a small charge for WIFI.

Monthly all-inclusive large 2 bedroom accommodation £1140. All our large family 2 bedroom ground floor apartments include fully fitted kitchens and laundry facilities. There is a monthly maintenance charge of £180 which includes, rates, electric, gas, water, all linen, bedding, towels etc..

One night stay for a single person £50 in our 2 bedroom apartments

One night stay for two people £70 in our 2 bedroom apartments

Seasonal rates may apply from April to September

Please note deposits are non-refundable.

All our ground floor apartments have their own front gardens and our gardens are always maintained.

We are located within walking distance of the old town of Market Bosworth with its Schools, restaurants, pubs, bank and grocery stores.

All our accommodation is NON SMOKING. There are table and chairs provided outside on our lawned gardens.
